- Developers: Users actively maintaining the project, whose goal is to develop and improve the service.
- MyInsta Team: The team behind the project, managing the community and the service's availability.
- MyInsta: The open-source Instagram modification developed by the Developers. Its source code is available by decompiling the distributed APK files.
Website privacy policy
Our website may load Google Analytics scripts hosted on Google's servers. We use these scripts to monitor anonymized traffic analytics and do not store identifying information about users. Read Google's Partner sites Privacy Policy.

App privacy policy
MyInsta does not make independent network requests unless they result from user actions, such as checking for updates. MyInsta is configured to check for updates on startup or when the app is refreshed, resulting in a single request to retrieve the latest version information.
MyInsta and its developers are not responsible for requests made natively by Instagram. Read Instagram's privacy policy.
Exceptions
This privacy policy does not apply to third-party or unofficial distributions of MyInsta. Verify a downloaded file by comparing its hash with the hashes provided for releases on our release page.

We make every reasonable effort to protect our users and maintain the security of MyInsta. However, no system or service on the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from vulnerabilities. By using MyInsta, you acknowledge that the Developers and the MyInsta Team cannot be held responsible for security incidents that occur beyond their control.
