Terms
MyInsta is an independent project and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. These Terms govern your use of the MyInsta website, documentation, release records, and independently published Android builds. By accessing the site or downloading a build, you agree to use the services lawfully and accept these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party or open-source license, MyInsta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use a published build for lawful personal use on your own device. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, commercially exploit, copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, repackage, host, mirror, proxy, or redistribute MyInsta builds, release assets, branding, documentation, or website content without prior written authorization from MyInsta. You may share a link to the official release page at myinsta.dev, but you may not upload or present a copy as official, current, verified, or affiliated with MyInsta. Do not remove copyright, attribution, checksum, signing, source, or safety notices.
Compatibility, availability, signing status, and features can change between releases. Review the exact release record, requirements, known issues, checksum, and verification status before installation. Third-party applications, services, hosting providers, and device policies are outside MyInsta's control; you use them at your own risk. The services and builds are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. MyInsta is not responsible for data loss, device damage, account restrictions, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party software, modified copies, unsupported devices, or unlawful use.
We may suspend access, decline support, or request correction, attribution, link removal, or removal of unauthorized hosted materials where permitted by law. For an infringement, impersonation, or abuse report, contact support@myinsta.dev with your contact details, the protected work or material, exact URLs or files, a good-faith statement, confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your signature. We may request more information and do not guarantee a particular platform or legal outcome.
You are responsible for complying with applicable law, platform terms, and device policies. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
